Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome to 2^nd Grade! My name is Samantha Stephens and I am your new second grade teacher. This is my first year at Trent International School and I look forward to working in an atmosphere full of positivity and respect for each individual.

I am a trained and certified teacher with five years of teaching experience. I recently moved to Texas from Pennsylvania where I held a position teaching a reading support classroom. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education.

I am very excited to get to know each of you. I am looking forward to a year full of learning, discovery, and fun. It is my goal for each child to reach their fullest potential and become life-long learners. 

I hope to instill my passion for teaching and education into each student so that we can all grow together and achieve new goals. I find communication and involvement of each parent crucial to student learning and invite each of you to give your support to all of our classroom activities and school events.
