  • Fill out the Visitor Information Form.
  • Make an appointment for Assessment.
• Assessment Procedure for Lower School: Pre-K -4th Grade
  • Grades Pre-k through 4th Grade must fill out the Testing Application Form from the school.
  • An official school transcript, Standardized test results, and a wallet sized photograph of the applicant must be submitted either on or before the testing day.
  • Testing for Pre-K through 4th Grade is done during the school day Monday-Friday and must be scheduled on the first available day.
  • Testing begins at 9:00 am and ends at approximately 11:00 am for Pre-k - K and 8:00 am - 3:25 pm for 1st - 4th.
• The student must be appropriately dressed in school attire for testing. No open-toed shoes or sandals will be permitted.
• The testing fee is $100.00. Please bring cash, check or money order for $100.00 payable to Trent InternationalE School prior to testing.
• Assessment is complete only when the school has received all documents from the previous school. This includes Teacher Recommendation Forms and report cards from the previous school.
• Parents will be notified via letter or a telephone call with the Board of Director’s decision.
• Parents may be requested to come in for an interview during this process.
• Assessment Procedure for Middle and Upper School: 5th -12th Grade.
  • Grades 5th through Upper School must register online for the SSAT FLEX TEST at www.ssat.org/flex. The member code is 7725.Students may also take the ISEE by registering online at http://www.erbtest.org/parents/admissions/isee. The member code for Trent is 447528.
  • Testing begins at 8:00 am and ends at approximately 3:45 pm.
  • If the student has already taken these exams, they may forward their results to Trent InternationalE School.
• An official school transcript, Standardized test results , and a wallet sized photograph of the applicant must be submitted either on or before the testing day.
  • SSAT Registration Fee for testing is $105.00. to be paid online.
  • ISEE Registration Fee for testing is $89.00 to be paid online.
  • If the test is administered at Trent InternationalE School, the Test Center fee is $50.00 and is paid at the Site.
  • Please bring cash, check or money order for $50.00 payable to Trent InternationalE School prior to testing.
  • Once the assessment has been completed and all required forms are returned to the school, Parents will be notified via letter or a phone call with the Board of Director’s decision.
• Parents may be requested to come in for an interview during this process.
  • The student should be appropriately dressed.
• No open-toed shoes or sandals will be permitted.

The above process does not guarantee placement. The Board along with the Head of School and Administration will review the applicant’s folder.
